    We value new ideas and fresh perspectives from bright young minds. This philosophy at Wipro inspired the launch of our B School Program in the 1980s. Over the years, this program has produced numerous leaders who have significantly shaped Wipro’s vision. We recruit students from top business schools across India, offering them roles in critical areas such as Strategy, Finance, Consulting, and Human Resources. Participants undergo an extensive career development program that provides a comprehensive overview of our business, exposes them to and, more importantly, involves them in planning and executing our future growth strategies.
