Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (Accelerate, Optimization, Visibility, Cloud Cost) which includes Discovery, CMDB, Cost Management, Integration Hub/orchestration, Service catalog development, Service Mapping and Integration with tools like OpsRamp, Prisma Cloud, Power BI & hybrid cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP/DC).
  • Work with script-based ServiceNow components like business rules, script includes, client scripts, and UI pages.
  • Utilize ServiceNow Glide objects such as Glide Record, Glide System, Glide Aggregate, and Glide Ajax.
  • Build Service Portal pages, design custom widgets, and have a good understanding of AngularJS.
  • Develop and maintain custom patterns, probes, sensors, and schedules for ServiceNow Discovery.
  • Implement ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with business and product owners to manage requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL framework and IT operations management concepts.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Integrate Power BI with ServiceNow to create comprehensive data visualizations and analytics.

Requirements:

  • At least 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and ITIL framework.
  • Experience with ServiceNow plugins and MID Server configurations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB development.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining custom patterns, probes, sensors, and schedules for ServiceNow Discovery.
  • Strong logical thinking for real-time solutions and scenarios.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to integrate Power BI with ServiceNow for enhanced data visualization and analytics.

  • Should have good experience in service catalogs, order guides and flow designers.
  • Experience with CPG administration, mid server deployments
  • Have strong experience in implementing integrations with various tools / applications like OpsRamp/Prisma Cloud/Ansible/terraform/Azure DevOps with ServiceNow.
  • Have strong experience in implementing integrations with various Cloud environment such as AWS/Azure/GCP/DC to collect all resources, metric, billing data.
  • Ability to design technical solutions and integrations.
  • Experience with ITOM and ITSM modules.
  • Experience with self-service portal, service catalog form developments.
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow developments best practices
  • ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB
  • Provide guidance and training to clients and internal resources
  • Should have good scripting knowledge and experience.
  • Should have designs, codes, and tests technical solutions for ServiceNow implementations
