Title: Salesforce Offerings Lead
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Offering Lead to develop and manage offerings portfolio of our Salesforce assets, frameworks and tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product management, Salesforce solution expertise and cross industry domain understanding with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Strategize and deploy long-term roadmap for the Product/ IP

Keep abreast of the technology trends and the upcoming release withing Salesforce product portfolio

Prepare & maintain Salesforce Assets & Frameworks development roadmap

Highlight investment requirements, if any, as well as the ROI on the investment for the new asset development

Support the branding/ marketing initiatives to ensure right positioning of the product/ IP by:

Participating in industry forum

Driving demos by the technical to showcase product/ IP capability to potential clients

Working with Commercial & Delivery partners to ensure effective product positioning at various platforms/events

Creating collaterals and marketing documents to be shared with the upcoming clients

Lead cross functional elements to manage the full asset / framework / tool life cycle

Lead and drive a culture of continuous improvement through enhancements in the offerings portfolio to keep the offerings relevant in the market

Review feedback from stakeholders and partners to identify opportunities for new solution development

Lead initiatives across development for the offering’s enhancements

Review and update the quarterly plan to incorporate any changes in the offering’s strategy

Prioritize enhancement initiatives by balancing the urgent versus important requirements from the clients/ partners

Oversee the validation and delivery of appropriate roadmap content

Ensure adequate onboarding and training for the team members to enhance capability & effectiveness

Build an internal talent pool and ensure their career progression within the organization

Mush Have :10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Engineer / Techno-Functional Architect / Product Owner

Must Have: Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds and Ecosystem (both functional and technical)

Nice to have: MBA from a Tier 1 Institute

Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
