ROLE PURPOSE:

Finance & Accounts Controller

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Knowledge of local accounting and other processes polices of Philippine
Local PEZA Reporting, Information inflow management, Assets monitoring and risk mitigation reporting.
MPR (Monthly Performance Report), CAS books maintained.
Local Books reconciliation (GAAP Related Adjustment on real time Track)
External – Coordination of Philippines Statutory Compliances, local consultants, BIR, SEC Accounting Reporting
Data Archive and custodian of Financials and other PEZA reporting Documents and filing.
Collaboration Skills to drive common objective

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in accountancy/management accounting/finance.
at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in a BPO setup.
Must have knowledge of local accounting and compliances reporting.
