ROLE PURPOSE:
Finance & Accounts Controller
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Knowledge of local accounting and other processes polices of Philippine
- Local PEZA Reporting, Information inflow management, Assets monitoring and risk mitigation reporting.
- MPR (Monthly Performance Report), CAS books maintained.
- Local Books reconciliation (GAAP Related Adjustment on real time Track)
- External – Coordination of Philippines Statutory Compliances, local consultants, BIR, SEC Accounting Reporting
- Data Archive and custodian of Financials and other PEZA reporting Documents and filing.
- Collaboration Skills to drive common objective
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in accountancy/management accounting/finance.

at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in a BPO setup.

Must have knowledge of local accounting and compliances reporting.
