Title: Icertis - Lead Functional Consultant
Duration:6+ months of Contract with possible extension of hire
Location: Dallas, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in full life cycle Icertis implementations in a Lead Functional consultant capacity.
- Be well versed with the contracting lifecycle, sales, and procurement processes.
- Should have strong understanding of various project management methodologies especially from compliance POV.
- Take up the consultative approach and provide expert guidance & insights to customers helping them achieve their business objectives.
- Drive a value-oriented approach to ensure the customer derives tangible benefits from the implementation.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs & challenges, offering tailored solutions that address their specific requirements, which could include recommending business process changes.
- Have strong stakeholder management skills – to collaborate with internal teams as well as build long-standing relationships with customers, fostering trust throughout the implementation process.
- Demonstrate assertive & effective communication in managing customers’ expectations and addressing concerns.
- Be the primary point of contact for the key business stakeholder of the customer especially around business value, business process and change management.
- Have extensive knowledge of the inner workings of a Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software from a solution design, system usability & digital transformation standpoint.
- Have experience of configuring Icertis Biz Apps
- Have extensive know-how of legacy migration process in Icertis
- Have strong proficiency in solution design, system configuration, system testing, user training, hypercare support.
- Should be comfortable in configuring the Icertis system in multiple languages.
- Already possess or be willing to obtain all relevant Icertis certifications in a reasonable timeframe.
Must have:
- 10+ years of experience working on CLM implementation projects in different capacities.
- 6+ years of first-hand experience of the Icertis Contract Intelligence system implementations.
- Led at full lifecycle, medium to large scale Icertis implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience in solution design, with ability to architect complex systems.
- Ability to conduct end to end workshops and whiteboarding.
- Quality assurance and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal + written) in English language
“Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$70,000] to [$110,000].
