The responsibilities for this person will include: • Data reconciliation of onboarding information with background checks - go through onboarding in Workday and populate new hires’ education and previous career history. • Process employee transfers on Workday. • Manage orientation schedules. • Update Workday profile and correct the information that a person inputted during their onboarding– dates of prior roles, education history, etc. • Personnel data updates on Workday: Admin updates, contact information, seat location, one-time payment, contract updates, manager updates, etc. • Job requisition management in Workday: Any updates on a requisition – updating job profile, job title, target hire date, hiring manager, etc. Qualifications: • Postgraduation degree with Prior experience in Workday tool. • 2-3 years of HR or related Administration experience • Proficiency with MS Office Suite • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills • Ideal candidate is a resourceful team player, proactive and willing to manage and execute multiple competing priorities All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, national origin or any other category protected by law.

Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
- Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
- Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
- Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client
- Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
