Job Description
Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs

Job Responsibilities
- Work on the delinquent accounts and perform collection activites
- Call customers and inform about the account status and collect due amount
- Negotiate with the customer in assertive manner to deliver desired outcome of getting the account out of collections
- Update relevant systems and add service requests basis the discussion with the customer
- Adhere to laws and regulations while performing collection duties
- Co-ordinate with the internal and external teams in case there is additional information required or asked by the customer
- Ensure that the right service is provided to the customer

Qualifications
- At least 6 months solid experience in a contact center under an outbound collections setting
- At least completed 2nd year in college or equivalent
- Must have good negotiation skills along with proper and assertive communication
- Strong understanding of the collections domain and comfortable in dealing with international customers
- Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills
- High familiarity with MS Office Applications
- Willingness to work in shifting schedule
- Courteous, with strong customer service orientation
- Dependable, with proficient attention to detail

- Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
- Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
- Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
- Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client
- Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
