Job Description

Role Purpose

Leading agile ceremonies and daily scrums • Facilitate team meetings and sessions with the team • Clearly define and organize the team during iterations • Support the team in the definition, estimation, and division of tasks 2 • Measure and monitor the velocity of the team, planning accordingly • Provide status reports on team accomplishments, story points, velocity • Manage timelines, scope, issues and risks in close collaboration with product owners and stakeholders • Remove operational obstacles that prevent the team from achieving the iteration goals • Support the Product Owner in maintaining the Product Backlog and Delivery Plans • Work with cross-functional workstream leads and Business Analysts to gather detailed technical requirements and design specifications. • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for feature definitions and bug resolutions during sprint planning and execution. • Plan and lead the production deployment and integration of components, coordinating deployment activities with operations and engineering teams • Capture and maintain documentation of architecture sessions, integration approaches, technical KPI’s, and best practices. • Conduct knowledge onboarding and transfer sessions for new and departing team members, partner operational teams and provide ongoing technical support to ensure efficient use of technology and systems related to product delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of Scrum experience as developer or Scrum Master and/or Agile Project management

English  Fluid

• Experience with Agile and/or Lean methodologies for managing iterative delivery practices

• Proven experience in technical planning and design, including gathering detailed technical specifications from multiple stakeholders and facilitating alignment or decisions and specification of user stories and or other work products

• Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies and tools for SDLC management (Azure DevOps)

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency in technical troubleshooting and technical writing.

• Experience in managing technical requirements, deployment planning, and defect resolution

• Previous experience in a technical role, such as software engineering and hands on coding and design experience.

• Experience in guiding team members new to agile methodology

 

DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: • Technical background or experience in SDLC • Experience with Azure DevOps • Experience with Cloud Environments and AI Tools is an advantage (Azure and AI Studio/Foundry
