Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse management Analyst/Consultant to lead and support our warehouse transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate must bring a strong track record in WMS implementation, ERP and OMS integration, and third-party logistics (3PL) collaboration. This role also requires the ability to quickly understand and operate within our global integration standards—ensuring all implementations align with the established platform (e.g., Levi’s integration framework). The candidate will act as a subject matter expert (SME) for warehouse processes and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and support full-cycle WMS implementation projects, ensuring alignment with global integration standards and architecture (e.g., Levi’s platform).

· Analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements in collaboration with IT and vendors.

· Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in warehouse systems, quickly learning and applying knowledge of the existing Global standard integration between ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and WMS platforms to the new project .

· Work closely with all other application team for Project related matters.

· Work closely with third party team and Enterprise architect to design and establish interfaces between WMS and Order Management Systems (OMS) to support real-time and accurate order processing.

· Work closely with third party partner to ensure the WMS solution fully supports multi-channel distribution, including both e-commerce and wholesale fulfillment.

· Collaborate with 3PL providers (e.g., Maersk, DHL) to define and validate operational processes and interface requirements.

· Work closely with QA resource team to facilitate system testing, training, and deployment to ensure operational readiness.

· Provide expert guidance on warehouse processes, especially in industries such as apparel, footwear, and accessories (AFA).

Requirements

· Minimum 3 full-cycle WMS implementation projects, including system integration with SAP S/4HANA (mandatory).

· Proven experience designing and managing interfaces between WMS and OMS.

· Strong experience working with third-party logistics providers (e.g., Maersk, DHL) and understanding 3PL operating models.

· Hands-on experience in core warehouse operational processes, including:

- Receiving, putaway, pick preparation, picking strategies, and dispatch.

- Knowledge of various picking methods (e.g., Pick-to-Light, Pick-to-Voice, Zone Picking, Wave Picking, etc.).

- Understanding of dispatch concepts, including order consolidation, dock assignment, and carrier handoff.

- In-depth knowledge of inventory and stock management, including cycle counting, perpetual inventory, and stock reconciliation.

· Experience with depth understanding with at least one major WMS platform (e.g., Oracle WMS, Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder).

· Ability to quickly understand and align with global integration frameworks (e.g., Levi’s platform) and serve as a subject matter expert.

· Business and operational knowledge in apparel, footwear, and accessories (AFA) industry solutions.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business processes into technical specifications.

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

 

Preferred Qualifications

· Certification in relevant WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) or SAP Logistics modules (e.g., SAP EWM, SAP TM, SAP S/4HANA Logistics).

· formal training or familiar in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks).

· Hands-on experience with middleware/integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, MuleSoft,).

· Familiarity with GS1 standards, EDI messaging (e.g., ASN, ORDERS, DESADV), and barcode/RFID systems.

· Experience working with cloud-based WMS solutions (e.g., Manhattan Active, Oracle Cloud WMS).

· Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery models.

•    Continually delivers all Wipro admin in a timely manner (timesheets, appraisals expenses, etc.,) Demonstrable contribution to internal initiatives

•    Ensures engagement teams effectively contribute tools, methods and assets, information sources and IP to the knowledge management platform. Works to develop and improve practice policies, procedures, frameworks, etc.,
•    Creates reusable IP/assets and makes self visible  as a thought leader. Manages line team career development through use of internal processes-training performance assessments, etc. Monitors and helps curtail talent attrition
•    Demands engagement with other consulting and delivery teams to both enhance collaboration and help design and deliver tailored client solutions with desired impact
•    Highly visible in the consulting community resulting from sharing industry trends, developing solutions, applying innovation, authoring published content
