Generative AI consultant

Location; Tampa, Florida(Fulltime)

Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning principles and algorithms.
• Experience in developing and implementing generative AI models and algorithms.

• Have built high volume RAG based multi-modal applications with Vertex AI/ Hugging face/Azure OpenAI. Solution Architect experience in designing and implementing LLM centric reasoning based solutions.

•Has experience in designing and implementing modern LLM based solutions such as Agentic Workflows using frameworks like Langgraph, CrewAI or AG2
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and DL frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Ability to work with large datasets and knowledge of data preprocessing techniques.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision for generative AI applications.
• Experience in building and deploying generative AI systems in real-world applications.
• Utilize advanced machine learning techniques to develop and train generative AI models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to groom and preprocess large datasets for model training.
• Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms and architectures for generative AI applications.
• Take care of entire prompt life cycle like prompt design, prompt template creation, prompt optimization for various GenAI base models
• Stakeholder management across business and domains as required for the projects
• Evaluating base models and benchmarking performance
• Implement prompt guardrails to prevent attacks like prompt injection, jail braking and prompt leaking
• Develop, deploy and maintain auto prompt solutions
• Design and implement minimum design standards for every use case involving prompt engineering
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code using Python
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within an AI or data science team.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $1,58,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
