Role: Technical Consultant/ Lead- MuleSoft

 

Location: Toronto, Downtown

 

Job Description:

• Overall 8+ years of experience in integration development with 5+ years of experience on MuleSoft integration.
Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Dataweave and Cloudhub
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and messaging protocols (e.g., HTTP, JMS).
• Familiarity with integration design patterns (e.g., Pub/Sub, Request/Reply, Batch Processing).
• Knowledge of enterprise integration frameworks (e.g., Apache Camel, Spring Integration) is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and CI/CD tools.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and solution architects to design end-to-end integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Identify integration patterns, API specifications, and data mapping requirements to meet business needs.
• Develop MuleSoft applications, APls, and integration flows using Anypoint Studio. Implement error handling, data transformation, and message routing logic to ensure reliable and robust integrations.
• Design RESTful APIs and SOAP web services OpenAP! specifications.
• Extend MuleSoft's capabilities by developing custom connectors or leveraging existing connectors from Anypoint Exchange. Integrate with third-party systems, databases, and cloud services using MuleSoft connectors.
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and acceptance tests for MuleSoft applications using MUnit and other testing frameworks. Debug and troubleshoot integration issues to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Optimize MuleSoft applications for performance, scalability, and resource utilization. Fine-tune integration flows, caching mechanisms, and connection pooling settings to achieve optimal throughput and responsiveness.
• Document technical designs, configuration settings, and deployment procedures for MuleSoft integrations. Create reusable components, templates, and best practices to accelerate development and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
• Follow MuleSoft development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., Auth, TLS) and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) in integration solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to operate independently in a high velocity environment.
• Good to have MuleSoft certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect are advantageous.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$125,000] to [$140,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
