Title: Senior Python Engineer
Your role :
Do you enjoy designing and building solutions using python for migration tooling and automation using the latest technologies? Are you confident working in a fast-paced environment and driving requirements through to implementation? Do you like to be challenged and encouraged to learn, and grow professionally?
We’re looking for a Python Engineer to:
- Develop, maintain backend projects (mainly python code base)
- Mentor young talents and provide technical expertise and guidance in design and development of the next generation for code profiling and conversion.
- Conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC
- See that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to move from test to production
- Believe in and enforce high standards for code quality, code reviews, testing, and software engineering best practices
- Keep up to date with latest development best practices and proactively manage technical debt
Your expertise :
- 8+ yrs of relevant experience.
- Proven solid development experience with Python 3.10+
- Proven experience with clean design and code including concepts like caching, JWT, OpenAPI, DB design, microservices, docker
- Familiar with scrum methodology
- Beneficial: release processes and automation of releases (GitLab or Jenkins)
- Beneficial: Azure (good knowledge of how authentication-authorization concepts work)
- Beneficial: PostgreSQL , Kubernetes
